CHILD SAFETY

One Creator Network restricts protected member access to users who self-confirm they are 18 or older. This policy describes the child-safety controls and review actions currently available in OCN.

LAST UPDATED: AUGUST 30, 2026

1. ELIGIBILITY AND AGE CONFIRMATION

  • Protected OCN member areas are limited to people who confirm that they are 18 years of age or older.
  • Before protected access is granted, each authenticated user must complete an 18+ self-attestation and accept the current Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  • OCN records the self-attestation with the authenticated account. OCN does not collect a full date of birth and does not claim to independently verify a person’s age.

2. PROHIBITED CONTENT AND CONDUCT

  • Content or conduct that sexually exploits, grooms, abuses, or endangers a minor is prohibited.
  • Users must not post, request, share, or promote material that exploits or endangers minors.
  • Harassment, threats, privacy violations, and predatory conduct are also prohibited under the Community Guidelines.

3. IN-APP REPORTING

  • Authenticated members can use the Report action on community posts, comments, community chat messages, direct messages, and member accounts.
  • “Child safety / exploitation concern” is available as a report reason and routes the report into the existing Owner-only moderation queue.
  • Reports include the selected reason, optional reporter explanation, and a limited content or context snapshot for review. The reported user is not shown who submitted the report.

4. BLOCKING

  • Authenticated members can block another member from the relevant in-app safety action.
  • Blocking hides that member’s community content from the blocker and disables private messaging between the two accounts.
  • Members can review and remove their own blocks from the Blocked Users page.

5. MODERATION REVIEW

  • Submitted reports are available to the OCN Owner in a private moderation queue. Other members cannot read report records or private moderation notes.
  • The Owner can mark a report reviewed, dismiss it, remove supported reported content, or suspend a reported Creator profile where that action is supported.
  • These actions require Owner review; they are not automatic, and this policy does not promise a particular review or response time.

6. LIMITS OF THE CURRENT PROCESS

  • OCN does not claim automated child-safety detection, identity verification, technical age verification, automatic permanent bans, specialized safety personnel, or automatic external reporting.
  • The in-app process does not itself contact emergency services, law enforcement, NCMEC, or another outside organization.
  • For an immediate danger or emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service directly rather than relying only on an in-app report.

7. SUPPORT

  • Use the in-app Report action when the concern relates to content, a message, or a member account so it enters the moderation queue.
  • The public Support page lists the currently available OCN contact channels for other account or policy questions.
