These Terms govern access to and use of One Creator Network.

You must be 18 years of age or older to create or use an OCN account. OCN currently relies on your truthful self-attestation and does not represent that it performs independent technical age verification.
You must have authority to accept these Terms and must comply with laws that apply to your use of the service.
You must provide accurate account information and complete the required acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy before accessing protected OCN features.
OCN may require an invitation, agency approval, or account linking for particular features.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting your sign-in credentials. Notify OCN through the Support page if you believe your account has been compromised.
Do not share access, impersonate another person, or attempt to use another member’s account.
Do not use OCN for unlawful activity, harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, sexual or inappropriate content, spam, fraud, impersonation, privacy violations, malware, interference, unauthorized access, or attempts to evade safety controls.
You must follow the Community Guidelines, which are incorporated into these Terms.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant OCN a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and process that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the service.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that it does not violate these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or another person’s rights.
The Community Guidelines describe prohibited conduct and content. They form part of these Terms and apply to posts, comments, community chat, direct messages, profiles, and other member interactions.
Members can report content or accounts and block other members. OCN may review reports, preserve relevant context, remove content, restrict features, suspend Creator access, or take other proportionate action.
Safety tools reduce risk but cannot guarantee that all objectionable content will be identified immediately. Misuse of reporting tools is prohibited.
If you connect TikTok, you authorize OCN to request the scopes shown on TikTok’s consent screen and process the resulting profile and analytics data as described in the Privacy Policy.
TikTok is not owned or controlled by OCN. You may disconnect through OCN, but separate TikTok settings and TikTok’s own terms may also apply.
OCN may link to or rely on services operated by Base44, TikTok, Discord, Tik.tools, and other providers. Their terms, privacy practices, availability, and decisions are controlled by those providers.
OCN is not responsible for third-party content or services except to the extent required by applicable law.
OCN’s software, branding, design, and original service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, OCN and its licensors reserve their rights.

OCN may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, service integrity, or suspected violations. Where appropriate, OCN may provide notice or an opportunity to contact support.
You may stop using the service and request deletion as described below.
Available in-app deletion removes supported OCN profile and activity data. The underlying sign-in identity is managed by Base44 and may require separate removal through Base44 support.
Some information may be retained when required for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement. Retention details require review: [OWNER / LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED].
The Privacy Policy explains OCN’s collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information. By accepting these Terms, you separately acknowledge and accept the current Privacy Policy.
OCN may change, suspend, or discontinue features and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Planned and emergency maintenance, provider outages, and technical limits may affect access.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OCN is provided “as is” and “as available.” OCN disclaims warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
