One Creator Network ("OCN," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Account information: name, email address, and role when you register or are invited to One Creator Network.
Profile information: display name, TikTok handle, avatar, region, and timezone that you choose to provide.
Connected account data: when you link your TikTok account, we receive your TikTok username, display name, profile image, and analytics we are authorized to access, such as follower counts, live session metrics, and gift/diamond totals.
Activity data: pages you view, messages you send within the platform, community posts, reports you submit, users you block, tournament participation, and battle history.
Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and approximate location derived from IP.

To operate, maintain, and improve the Creator Hub and Team Hub experiences.
To verify creator identity, reconcile metrics, and maintain accurate leaderboards and tournament results.
To communicate with you about your account, opportunities, scheduled battles, and platform updates.
To detect, prevent, review, and address fraud, abuse, safety reports, and policy violations.
To aggregate and anonymize data for analytics that help us improve our services.

With other members: your display name, avatar, TikTok handle, and public activity may be visible to other authorized users within the platform. A reported user is not shown the reporter’s identity.
With TikTok: only as necessary to authenticate your linked account and retrieve the data you authorize.
With service providers: vendors that help us host, analyze, and secure the platform, under contractual obligations to protect your data.
For legal reasons: when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of OCN, our users, or others.
We never sell your personal information.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services.
You may request deletion of your account at any time from the app settings, which removes your personal data from active systems within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
Aggregated or anonymized data may be retained indefinitely.

Access and update your profile information through the Creator Hub.
Disconnect your TikTok account at any time, which stops further data collection from TikTok.
Request a copy of your personal data or deletion of your account by contacting our team.
Opt out of promotional communications while still receiving essential account notices.
Report content or member accounts, block another member, and manage your blocked-user list in the app.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews.
No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and promptly investigate suspected breaches.

OCN is restricted to adults age 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the platform or by email.
Continued use of OCN after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
